I entered into a month-to-month rental property agreement (while being relocated) from Midwest Wholesale Properties, located in Edmond, Oklahoma from September 19th - November 1st. The owner of Midwest Wholsale Properties, Midas Capital Funding, Midas Investments is Chad Black.
This property was located at 3700 Wolf Creek Circle Edmond, Oklahoma 73034. The property is currently in forecloser and is actively being marketed for sale. This is why Midwest Wholesale Properties will do a month to month lease. I was told before signing the month-to-month lease with David (leasing Agent) that while it is listed for sale, very few inquiries have or will be made to show the property. This was my main concern since my wife was staying at home while expecting a baby.
Midwest Wholesale Properties improperly withheld the $1750.
