I signed up with Match.com on Dec. 14th 2003. At first, I e-mailed a few people and recieved their replies without any problems. Then I began to notice that my outgoing emails had not been recieved. I emailed customer service. They said they didn't know why it was happening, maybe some kind of technical difficulty, and they would look into it. At least a week went by and no explaination, and the problem still existed. So I emailed again and told them I was paying for a service I wasn't receiving and told them to fix it or I would have to cancel my enrollment. Yesterday I received another email telling me how to cancel my enrollment and informing me that they do not give refunds.
I paid for two months of service and actually received about two weeks of proper service. They don't seem interested in explaining the problem, fixing it, or keeping me as a customer, let alone refunding my money. Any suggestions? I'm also reporting to the better business bureau.
