I ordered a ring from them it has now been a month and I have not recieved it. I called one day and customer service told me since it is highly personalized to allow more time when it was already supposed to be delivered to me by this point. I tried calling back the following day and the number is disconnected. I payed $60 for my ring I either expect to get it or get my money back but i do not see how i can do this without a customer service to contact.
