Limoges, though resold through many other companies like Walmart and Target they sent me a broken product and when I sent back my item for a return, it never was returned

I wanted to buy my now-fiance an engagement ring. I did some searching and I loved Limoges Jewelry's selection. I purchased a ring with our names written inside the band and our birthstones were attached outside the band. She loved it!
