It has now been more than a week since I ordered the OCC Lip Tar in Anime from ACW. I sent payment Monday, February 28th and then received a "shipped" email status update on Tuesday, March 1st. I paid extra for priority mail shipping,
2-3 day shipping. I know that it is not guaranteed shipping but it should've been here by Friday, March 4th. Friday was the day I wanted to wear the lipstick since it was my birthday. I had to go out and by something else. I spent another $15.00 on a new product from MAC. I sent an email on Friday asking where my product was and still have yet to receive any response. I called their customer service number Paypal provides on Monday. Still no response. I've never had a company just not respond. Even if it were regular USPS shipping, it would be here by now.
