To whom it may concern,
My complaint is that I went on-line to the attached site which looks to be located in America based on e-mail address and shipping information etc. I read the reviews and they too looked good so I proceeded to make to purchases, a hat and a hoodi. When I made the purchases and it went through nothing at that time said the items were out of stock and on this site some of the pictures would show sold out under the item. I recieved a confimation that my credit card was accepted and I would recieve my purchase in 7 business days.
I then received an email from some chinese address saying that they were sorry but the hat I ordered was not in stock to pick something else but to send 3 choices, so I did. I then several days later got another email saying none of those were in stock either and could they send me something they thought I might like, they would send me 2. I said no because I would have to encur the cost of sending this back and apparently that was in China based on the email address not the US. So then they asked me to pick something else on the site of same value or they could credit my money back but only via pay pal not back to my credit card. I don't have a pay pal account and I didn't pay through a pay pal account which I explained to them and they said there was nothing they could do so please pick another item.
I picked something else out and then they said it was too expensive but I had also said in the same email or they could give me the serial numbers to the other 2 hats they were going to send me and I would check them out. I received an email a few days later saying your order will be sent shortly so I assumed they were sending the more expensive item.
I received the order today to have the hoodi which is supposed to be an xl and it fits my 12 year old neice and we are not big people. They then took it upon themselves to just send me a hat of their choice and the hat is missing stones and just awful and cheap.
I understand this is obviously what you get for purchasing something on-line however I then log on to their site to see this post:

I bought this shirt for my fiance's father for Christmas. I had it shipped to him and he actually received it a few days prior. He really likes it. He said it was a perfect fit!
I never wrote this nor did I even purchase this. I feel this is a complete sham of a site and they should not be allowed to practise this type of business. People need to be made aware of this, especially because this designer is very popular I am sure people are being ripped of left right and center. And the reviews - they should not be allowed to post a review on my behalf.
