I bought a CSW3910 Sentry Protected from Costco more than 2 years back and also the handle broke a week ago. The handle broke since I pushed it hard once the safe was secured. I approached Sentry thinking they'd not or couldn't assist me, but to my surprise-they not just nevertheless created the secure they sent an upgraded handle with directions with no cost. Free for delivery or even the price of the handle. It is also poor that businesses do not have this sort of customer support. Excellent customer support and continue the great work...
