I am a widow that lives on a fixed income. With the economy the way that it has been I was on the verge of losing my truck due to payments that had not been made. I searched the Internet to find someone, somewhere who could help me either get the truck refinanced under a lower interest rate loan, or help me get my existing loan modified where the payments would be cheaper.
This company calls me and feeds me all kinds of, what I thought at the time, good information and GUARANTEED me that they would help me and get my loan modified. Asked me for something like $325.00, which I was stupid enough to pay, because I believed them.
I followed the directions in the packet to a tee. Had to wait something like 2 months to get a written response from my loan company telling me themselves, that I had been ripped off, that they do not do loan modifications. Apparently this is only on a mortgage, not a car loan. The company would not give me proof that they had helped other folks out in similar situations with the same loan company I was/am dealing with on my truck.
They have an "Iron CLAD 100% Money Back Guarantee". However, they refused to give me back my money when asked for it once I finally got the letter from the loan company. Problem is, when I got the letter back, I could not get the package back to them within their 7 day time period. I was extremely ill running a high temperature, there was something like six inches of snow on the ground and the roads leading out of my neighborhood were iced over for 2 weeks. They didn't care about that situation. I received a letter from them dated the 3rd of February that they are unable to refund my money. I told the man I spoke with on the phone that I was having to send them HALF of my payment on my truck to get this to them. Their Iron CLAD statement says:

They never ONCE, after the initial phone call got involved with me, although I asked for assistance several times, in a three-way telephone conversation as they stated they would. I had made myself reasonably available, considering the circumstances of the illness, to them at all times. Once they got my money, that's all they wanted.
I have scanned in, in PDF format, all the documents that were included in this package and what I sent my lender if it is necessary to initiate action against them to receive my refund. To me, $325.00 is a lot of money.
