Reef2go paid for item that never got sent

I made a order with reef2go and they only sent half the order, tried to make contact with then to see what the problem was and they would never respond to emails, so i tried to call them but phone would only go to a mailbox that was already full after 3 weeks i got a hold of someone who would not give me a refund but only a store credit. Now 3 month later i try to use the store credit code i got only to find out that it is invalid, dont buy from them BBB already gives them a F rating
