Jeff Kelly (Worldwide Locating Company) contacted me many times, Jeff promised me he will get location for my vending machine within one week after received my payment.
SO I signed the contract with Jeff, and sent him $45 for the first location on June 18.
As soon as my check cashed out, I could not locate Jeff Kelly anymore, I called him, emailed him and left more than 20 messages, but nobody reply to me.
