Jeff Turner wrote my son a check for service provided and than stopped payment on the check. My son had to go to the DA to file theft by fraud he did finally get paid. Jeff if the polarized version of a scam artist. He works out of his garage and tries to pass dogs as service dogs to the unsupecting public. Lies about location, training recieved, certifications, and worst of all tried to take advantage of a 19 year old.
