Wednesday, February 23rd the gas pump took 74 dollars off of my debit card without authorization and didn't give me any gas in return. When asked about it, the clerk (named Dan) said that there was no proof of the transaction and he rudely refused to do anything about it.in the middle of the conversation, he picked up his cell phone and walks into the back. We called our bank and asked what to do and the teller told us to give the phone to the clerk so that she could cancel the transaction. Well, we tried that and again, the clerk (Dan) refused to even talk on the phone. He eventually ended up asking some police officer that was there for help with us because he thought we were intimidating or something. All in all, this location has very very very poor customer service. DO NOT PAY-AT-PUMP HERE! It will take your money and there is nothing they will do about it. We ended up having to wait 48 hours before the bank would refund us our money. I will never, EVER go to this tobacco and phones for less again. Period. I really hope this helps someone in the future.
