I own and operate an Estate Sale Co here in Dallas, Texas and was hired by a client to both liquidate items as well as resort and package for shipping the items he wanted shipped to the Phillippines. After doing all on my side I waited patiently for a company to contact me, of which much to my dismay, Price Break Shipping came into my life. From day one dealing with these liars they told me one thing after another, sending me multiple emails, setting up one scheduled time of which I told them there was no way anyone would be able to pick up anything here in Dallas as we were completely iced in and snowed in for 8 days this year. I still followed though on my side and hired day laborers to be here when the truck arrived. Well, needless to say, no truck ever arrived... I kept calling and emailing that day trying to nail down a time when they would show up and only got the statement from the asswipe Dawson: "Its not late until the next day" statement over the phone. I kept the day labor here til well after 8 that night... Having fed them lunch and dinner before returning them to the labor pickup site.
A month later I get another date from these liars. I once again hired labor to be here to load the truck and then around 5:30 that evening I received a call from a truck driver that stated that he had no clue it was 57 boxes nor did he have a pallet for them, nor would he drive his truck into my neighborhood, of which has very wide streets and alleyways. I gave him time to contact his dispatcher and never heard back from him. I made repeated calls from both my cell # as well as my private #, of which noone has and he never picked up, only got voicemail from then on.
I immediately shot off an email to prickface Dawson and immediately got back a very nasty email which goes as follows:
Robert We do not work
with CELL PHONES, we have 5,000 square feet office in NYC on 5th Avenue,
something you would not be familiar with back where you at. Talk
nice and email polite emails when you email me. I am not your friend.
Suggesting we work with a cell phone is insulting, but I am not
surprised to receive such an email from a nasty guy like you.
Let me know quickly what you want to do, I have no problem canceling this order,
Todd, Let me know what this Robert Wants to do. We can collect the goods M-F afternoons, Apparently the carrier called to confirm the pickup, and ROBERT blabbed his mouth detailing every items all he was required to advise is that he has SEALED READY TO GO BOXES. Unless this is not the case.

These a*holes are not even listed in Whitepages muchless have any sort of facility on 5th Ave! They are complete liars, thieves and very unprofessional. If you want headaches with your move, these are the people for you! I strongly recommend that EVERYONE avoid these lamebrains at all costs. If you want your possessions to get where they are going you should hire reputable people, even if it costs more... THE CHEAP ON THE FRONT IS THE CHEAP ON THE BACK, as the saying goes... in other words, invest a little bit more to assure you do not have to deal with such trash as these people are. They work off cellphones, which is obvious by the message you get when they never answer their phone. They are nothing more than brokers looking to swipe a fast buck from SUCKERS! DONT BE THEIR SUCKER!
I plan on filing complaints by every means available, including BBB, NYC Chamber, and I will also be creating a facebook page for others to join and tell their nightmare stories on that end. Those stories actually will end up on google by way of search engines, and my ultimate goal is to send these liars back to the country they came from as well as put them out of business! As far as I know they are owned by the Tallibhan!
