During phone conversation with Sprint Long distance service, I was notified that in 2009 they decided to break out their billing from the local carrier. For the past 26 months I have not received a paper invoice from Sprint. Today I got an automated call from RPM saying my account had been handed off to a collections agency. What a rip off. I don't know who is worse Sprint for failing to communicate or RPM for their robotic un-professional manner.
