ProFlowers short changed me on my order of long stem roses. Thestems have to be 23-1/2" (60cm) minimum to be considered long stem. The heads are also not the industrystandard size. There are many web pages indicating the industrystandard is 60 to 90 centimeters (23.6 to 35.4 inches), and a head size (measuring the diameter) of 2-4 inches and many consider 70 cm thestandard. After complaining I was told Proflowers considers 20" as long stems and it is stated in their description.
The item description is very misleading. Here is how it reads on the website:

Stands approximately 20" tall

Whenit says "stands approximately 20" tall" directly under the vasedescription it implies that the vase itself is 20" tall and not thelength of the stems. Not sure many people would associate that 20" atthe bottom with the roses at the very top of the description but maybeI'm wrong. Nevertheless, if they are not going to sell the industrystandard for long stem roses then don't try to hide it. It should state 'stem length is 20"'
After complaining they offered me a partial refund that I am not satisfied with. Shop elsewhere!
