PACE, LLC aka Professional Compliance Examiners aka Douglas Rian is a fraud operating a illegal company that targets distressed homeowners. He was fired from another company recently for comitting fraud and violating code of ethics.
He has emailed the company I work for trying to get me to participate in defrauding companies and even commit illegal acts against homeowners.
Douglas Rian is a very arrogant person who claims unlawfully that he is an Attorney and that he has some certification as a Mortgage Securitization expert which he does not.
The company that fired him informed me that he was continuously trying to extory money from them because they were large and that Doulas Rian and Professional Compliance Examiners were on a crusade to defraud distressed homeiowners iN California, Maryland, and Florida.
