Additionally, Douglas Rian claims to have a masters degree but he barely finished high school. He does not have any college degree [I contacted the registrars office at the university of Maryland and they confirmed that he never even went to college there like he claimed]
Elizabeth Jacobson is a FRAUD she is operating illegally and gives legal advise to homeowners despite not even having any legal education.
