Rian Flynn is a con artist. Seriously. And I'm from a big city so you'd think I'd be able to spot them by now. That's probably why he claimed to be "out of town" when he said he needed the money now. It's easy to know a crook like him face to face.
He lied to me. He lied about his equipment. He lied about his skill level and experience. He lied about everything he could.
The lie that really proves that what he did (stole) is a habit, is the fact that he went out of his way to let me know that he was not a Paypal user, that he'd never been to the site before, but that he'd been meaning to sign up. He sent me a bill in 30 minutes.
This guy has a verified business account, and when it became obvious that he wouldn't be delivering what I'd already paid for, he was also quick to inform me that he'd "done this before" and that he knew for a fact that I wouldn't been getting my money back.
He was right. Apparently Paypal does not mediate the outcome of monetary transactions when the goods are "intangible". Meaning, because he didn't actually take any pictures, I can't file a claim against him. This guy is fraud who knew exactly what he was doing.
He ripped me off for a $1000 bucks.
