I am a soldier in the Army currently stationed in Iraq. I found MYCREDITSHOT.com online and called, with hope that I could get assistance, not in removing the one negative thing off my credit report, but just my inquiries. From the start the only service MYCREDITSHOT.com was supposed to do for me, was to remove hard inquiries from my report. What I was told is that this was "AN EXTREMELY EASY and QUICK TASK", and that I would just have to wait 45 days to see any progress.
I really didn't want to do this, but after so many unanswered emails and calls what else is there! I am sincerely confused as to how easy it is for whoever is in charge at MyCreditshot to have employees respond on usacomplaints.com, but it is too hard and time consuming to email the customers, the ones who trusted you to do what you say, are seeking updates at the least. Since I know you like to read into and criticize consumer complaintss, let me say this... THE SERVICES THAT WERE AGREED UPON WERE NOT GIVEN, IN ANY WAY, and to be honest I was sincerely hoping the whole process worked!
I have an invoice from MYCREDITSHOT.com, (in case someone wants to say they never received my payments) that shows I paid a one-time $199.00 fee to have inquiries taken off my credit report. Thanks to technology I have proof of my repeated attempts to contact someone from my credit shot, via, phone and I even went as far as copying the call logs before turning them in to my commander and taking them to JAG, as the will be looking into the matter and also making sure word gets out to other soldiers, so they don't have to run across the same problem.
Sincere apologies if I offended any one, you know how the saying goes “IT IS, WHAT IT IS”! This email is to merely state facts and to make others aware of how you do business.in closing, I would like to say THANKS MYCREDIT SHOT…you live and you learn! I figure since I have 10 months left, I can start sending emails and posting flyers at all the camps when on missions to warn others, and it has been put out at my battalion formation for everyone to pass on! Just trying to do the RIGHT THING……GOD BLESS!
