Potential Clients dealing with Jorie Aulston Realtor, Bellabay Realty, LLC should beware of promises and quotes received from him. They are fraudulent and made up. He Claimed to be able to do a complete reno on one of our re-hab home projects and after taking deposit did not do any of them. He lied about what he spent the money on. I contacted the workers directly and they claimed he didn't pay them so they walked off the job. A Quote that was provided to our company from Jorie was fraudulent and the company Storey Construction told us it wasn't from them. We are in the middle of recovering our monies and Jorie comes up with stories after stories. Do not trust Mr. Aulston. He also didn't pay the roofer and the roofer then came to our company and was going to put a lean on the house. He did after 4 weeks pay him.
Jorie has made no real effort or proof besides emails and constant excuses to fix this problem. We are now in legal matters with Jorie and will continue to purse monies owed to us including damages incurred.
