I was scammed by bid macs. I thought I was signing up for looking at the site then I got charged $149.99. I immediately called and asked for a refund which I was assured wouldn't be a problem.
A couple weeks later I still had no refund. I called and talked to someone that informed me that thy saw where it had been submitted and would send the request again just to make sure. Waited another week still nothing. When I called this time she told me it was processing and I should have it anytime now. I asked her how long to wait before calling back and she said I should have it within the week.
A week went by still nothing. I tried to call back and got a voice mail. I left a message and no response. The internet site at this time is no longer working. Go figure!!! I called again and still just got a voice mail to which I left another message regarding my situation no response.
I have now contacted the BBB in Utah and filed a complaint with them. So far they have not been able to get ahold of them either. They have until Feb, 18th to respond to there request.
