April 3 i ordered a magazine from a high school kid supposedly to help out the school.By august no magazine had been received. I called and spoke with vivian in customer service and was told it would be to me by the 3rd week in september and i would receive a free year. Below are my notes on the conversations i have had since.
9/28 customer service - vivian confirmed magazine had never been sent and had me send a cancellation letter to steve igram and it will be refunded in 7 to 10 days.
10/23 customer service - vivian put in a 2nd request to the manager for the refund, it was never sent. Will take 7 to 10 days.
11/09 customer service vivian confirmed refund was never sent i asked for her supervisor - merrill potter will send out check tommorrow (11/10) should receive in 2 to 3 days. Took my new address this has taken so long we have since moved.
11/16 am cusomter service - per vivian my account shows no record of check being sent. Transferred me to merrill potter and i left a voice mail explaining the situation and requesting a call back.
11/16 pm left another message for supervisor merrill potter again asking for a call back.
11/20 am left another message on merrill potter's voice mail requesting a call back. This time his voice mail message was a womens voice.
11/21 am customer service - vivian's record shows that check was sent out today. I asked to speek to merrill potter's supervisor and she stated that would be laura potter. Asked if that was his wife and she confirmed that it was. Left message that i wanted a call back.
As of yet have not heard from anyone. I am sure the check has not been mailed because of all the previous lies. Will not stop though, i will continue called am and pm. It is now the principal of the thing are they that pathetic that they need to rip people off $64.00 at a time.
