I bought female shoes online at clsell and I waited for about 2 weeks to hear from the company. At this point, I was already fed up and decided to cancel my order. After this, they said they would refund my money but I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks again and I have not received my money. When I chat with the company online through their website, they tell me that my request is processing but I still have not received and email or explanation as to when and how I will get my money.
