I just spent 46 minutes on 11/20 at 3:21pm - 4:07pm on the phone with two service representatives who were very nice, but did not do an impeccable job with my order problem. I received an email that one of the items I ordered for store pick-up was not available at the store. Then i get an email to call customer service to either find this at another store or to have it shipped. The representative asked me for a store number that was close to me and not the original store I chose to pick-up from so that she could see if there was availability at that other store. Why would I call a representative to reconcile this problem if i am to do all the work myself. Then she found two stores in two different cities that I would have to travel to get these items. Subsequently, I said I was not going to travel all around to get these items and to just ship them to me. She said she would. Asked for my shipping address—I have her the shipping address 3 times, each time spelling every word. She then transferred me to another representative, who repeated some crazy address that was neither my billing address or my shipping address. So, i had to give her the shipping address again. However, she also had me repeat my shipping address and spell it out 3 more times. Here are the following complaints:

1. It is ridiculous that when looking online, it states that that item is available at the store and then get an email that it is not. That is fraudulent advertising.

2. Calling customer service to find another location and have the representative ask the customer for another location to look.

3. Asking the customer for another store number to look for the item.

4. Expecting a customer to travel to two different CITIES for the items originally listed at one location as being available. 5. Repeating the shipping address a total of 6 times, each time spelling every word.

6. Not even being asked if the shipping addressee is the same.

7. Got on the Best buy chat and had J. Shaniqua check on the order 15 minutes after I got off the phone with the representative as I did not believe the problem was resolved. She stated it states that the order is to be picked up.

8. Wasted 46 minutes of my time on the phone

9. An email was never received about the shipping.

10. Had to repeat my call to rectify the order on Wednesday, November 21. Spent another 45 minutes with Alex and Bea on the phone with no resolution.instead, the products are awaiting my pick up at two different locations and shipping them to me is still a problem.

11. Asked to speak with a supervisor and none was available.

12. Received a call to verify my shipping address on 11/23.

13. The problem still has not been resolved and it is 11/25.

14. Received an email that my order will be cancelled if i do not pick the items up at the 2 different locations that total a 3 hour drive ONE way for one store and the other store is another hour away from that store.

15. Having to call again to solve this problem and the solution is still unknown.

16. Spoke to Alicia on 11/25 for 30minutes and she was able to ship the items with no problem.

17. How is it possible that 4 other agents were not able to solve this problem and even threatened my order cancellation if I do not pick them up.

18. Oh, and they offerred me a $10 gift card for all that time and back and forth. What a joke.
