I saw the TV commercial for this product. It was advertised for $10. I logged onto the website and started the purchase process. There were 4 steps to the process. The first step has you put in your credit card info, the second step walks you through a series of extra items that they try to convince you to buy. I said no to all of them. The third step presents a screen of everything in your shopping cart and it itemizes your bill. The 4th step is where you confirm your order. I reached the 3rd step and was unhappy with my bill because there was an extra $6.99 added on for something I didn't want - and I couldn't remove the item from my cart. So, I hit the X at top of my screen and closed the order page, NOT moving on to step 4 to confirm my order. About 5 minutes later, I received an order confirmation thanking me for my order!
I waited for the item to come in the mail. When it arrived, I called the customer service number to ask for a full refund, including the shipping fee - since I did NOT complete the order and they had no business charging my card. The customer service rep informed me that if I return the product, I would not receive a refund of my shipping costs. I kept trying to explain that they basically stole my money by taking it upon themselves to charge my card even though I did not complete the transaction online. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor refused to provide a full refund. He even hung up on me. I called back and asked for a supervisor again and the customer service rep hung up on me again! I called back again and told them I would just take up the issue with my credit card company.
Don't deal with these people. If this is how they behave, there's NO WAY they're selling a legitimate product.
