No flowers, no nothing

I ordered online Valentine's flowers to be delivered on Valentine's day four days prior to the stipulated delivery date. The day following my order Wesley Berry promptly debited my bank account for the purchase. On Valentine's day, not a flower or even a semblance thereof made it to the designated address.in addition, there was no communication from Wesley Berry to indicate that there might be a problem in performing the delivery.
