Proflowers.com I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement and recieved wilted, broken, garbage

I made a $100 order from http: proflowers.com I ordered a beautiful bouquet and received complete garbage.

This was a valentines day / Anniversary gift. This was a disaster I had to spend the whole day searching for flowers. I am sincerely advising everyone to not order from them.

How can you make up for this?

Do yourself a favor and do not. I repeat do not order anything from this company.
