August 13 I purchased a new cell plan for a young friend of mine and then discovered that he did not need it. I immediatly called Cricket online and they said to refuse the phone when it arrived and they would refund 49.99 within 10 days after receiving the phone.
I have called them repeatedly getting "bank codes" to give to the bank to verify deposit of the refund. My bank has no idea the "codes" are. Then I call again and again where the person says they will have the lost refund investigated and i will receive an answer within 48 hours. Noone contacts me. I ask for supervisors and I am not allowed to speak to the person, they are busy and no, they will not return my call.
I have tried to contact corporate people by searching the web, to no avai. L This is now February and i have gotten no furthe
