Preliminary gun, a Hellcat. 380, was bought in July was faulty and performing and had free inner components. Delivered them back using the unique bill and never a duplicate because they required, and obtained alternative, that was with no unique bill that I requested to be delivered back in my experience. The alternative gun increased and got aside while shooting it - really fortunate no body was injured or murdered.in November I sent Uli Wiegand, leader of I.O., concerning the problem deliver me a shouting and rude mail clearly intended for another client since he was explaining another type of gun. However the directions of delivering it back and obtaining a reimbursement to ensure that he might be "completed with me" worked for me. I approached Wiegand after many weeks in mid December to ask about the reimbursement. Wiegand said he had submitted it to his sales team and they would want the initial bill - that they essentially took from me by not delivering it back. Somehow I believe which was completed purposely.
