I purchased a Nubax ($300-plus $20 nonrefundable delivery) from HBI, that was faulty. They delivered replacement components, which did not function, after which delivered a complete alternative, which had exactly the same deficiency. Since I have could not construct the product to test it out, I delivered it to get a product reimbursement and required a reimbursement on delivery since I never obtained a item. (along with the initial $20 delivery, I paid $50 to come back the merchandise.) I received no response. It got many telephone calls and emails to obtain any type of reaction, and 5-plus weeks after I requested the merchandise, I've not gotten an easy yes or number to my reimbursement request.
Connection With customer support is principally by email. The folks who answer the telephone have restricted power to accomplish something.
Anybody thinking about a Nubax might do better purchasing it from Amazon, where delivery and results are free.
