I applied for a pay day loan and when I checked my checking account I noticed a debit for $49.99, I researched it and called the number on the check. I found out this company had debited my account causing me an additional $65.00 in overdraft fees (which my bank will not reverse), and is now telling me I am not entitled to a refund of any kind. My account went in the -$114.99 because of this company and they say that they are not responsible. This cannot be legal!
