Called crystal clean to clean carpets sent out 2 strange guys who just kept commenting on my furnishing instead of cleaning carpets. Felt like we were being cased. Carpets looked awful when they finished and i had to call a reputable company to reclean them and they looked great. I called and talked to a person named bryce who told me too bad thats our service and if i didnt like it simply dont call back. How rude.
This is a shoddy company and i will tell alll my friends
