In an effort to be a good husband on Valentines day, (and to keep from forgetting)
Ordered roses for the wife. Received confirmation E-mail all seemed well. Later that night, received phone call stating C.C. Declined, when asked, agent stated "holiday price increase not listed on web-site in excess of $30.00. Wrote E-mail of complaint ignored completely. They attempted to run C.C. @ excess price several times.
Do yourself a favor... Use local florist if possible!
