Level-2 Support DoesN't Return Calls

After being aimed to get hold of the "Buyer" in my own mortgage—Fannie Mae—concerning the extreme escrow being attracted and removal of the with no connected charge, I've not noticed back in the Level-2 assistance after making two communications and composing a prior e-mail (Wednesday 1/26). A large number of bucks beyond that which was necessary to-day for escrow cost have now been taken in to the escrow account to address fees—in the place of being put on the mortgage. We were informed we're able to make an application for an Escrow Removal Notice to be delivered to the financial institution that began our mortgage. Sadly they don't react to e-mail (except to express to call) so when you call, Level-2 doesn't return stated calls. We would like this escrow removal charge eliminated. Something lacking that in the end of the period contacting or about the telephone could be undesirable.
