Mortgage Escrow Mismanagement

Our mortgage escrow account continues to be acutely mismanaged, nearly to the stage of robbery. Our mortgage, like many more, was involuntarily moved from Taylor, Vegetable and Whitaker in September to CENLAR. I've been informed of the "unfavorable stability" in my own escrow account which my funds is likely to be elevated by over $200/month starting January to offset the scarcity.

I've actual cost and escrow documents (From TB & T) displaying my escrow balance ought to be significantly good (about or - $2,000). CENLARis escrow claims display big, unaccounted for expenses from my escrow account (e.G. Town and state fees were compensated twice, insurance paid twice). I've approached my state tax office and insurance provider and received written verification from both organizations that NO dual funds have already been obtained. Where did the escrow funds move??? No clarification from CENLAR.

I've posted two "competent written demands" as permitted under 12 USC Section 2605 (e) (1) (W). I've NOT gotten a solution that makes up about the absent escrow funds. Does anybody understand why we have a regulation to "guard" mortgagees from mismanagement when it appears regulations doesn't have teeth along with a mortgage business may do the things they need, including robbery!
