Shame on me. I just got off of the phone with a RealtyTrac rep to request refund consideration for the $299 charged to my credit card since May. Sorry, you have to write a request and mail it USPS in order to get consideration.
I usedthe siteonce on the day i signed for the free 7 day trial and never once looked at the site again.
I remember the information on the sitewas outdated. I did not pay attention to my credit card statements until today; I just reviewed my full year end summary. I wish that RealtyTrac had called me at some point during the six months to say they noticed I had no activity. I would have cancelled.
Shame on me for not being more vigilant with my credit card statements. Hooray for you, RealtyTrac. Bravo. Well done.
