I signed up for RealtyTrac trial membership in September. I was sick and was 2 days late in cancelling the membership. Since it was my error I accepted the 1st months charge and cancelled the membership.
While reviewing my CC statement in October I saw a charge from RTI publishing. I called and was told I signed up for it through RealtyTrac. IF i signed up it was only due to them HIDING it really well. I did end up getting a refund for this charge after talking and complaining to several people. They try saying they are not the same company... RIGHT!!!
I was just looking at my CC statement for November and what do I see??? 2 charges for 44.95 from Real Estate Promoters. I didn't sign for a service with them!!! RealtyTrac of course denies that they are related to this company or can even see if I am signed up for this or any other service.
I will be reporting all 3 companies to the NC & SC representative!!! I want a refund and an end to these charges.
RealtyTrac is a nightmare... Not worth your time!!!
