OK - This is one of my favorite places to purchase tools BUT they keep promising to send out a repair part, I keep getting some dittzy, broken-English-speaking person in India, who always says, "So sorry but your replacement parts will be here soon"... And this has been going on since May 24 and it is today January 31— NINE MONTHS!!!
Harbor Freight, PLEASE send my replacement part, I have had my air compressor OUT OF SERVICE for 9 months and all your India-based folks do is politely tell me to keep calling back... Like maybe in a few years they might have my part and then I can resuming using my WORK TOOLS.
My order # is 1738792... This is a part for one of your compressor units (which won't work without the part).
I hope someone in your US offices sees this, decides that maybe this is a screwed up situation, and will either get me the replacement part or give me a replacement compressor SO I CAN GO BACK TO WORK with it.
