I created a state on 6/10/10 for scores to my desk. A specialist named on 19/10 but was not able to solve it and stated he'd record this back and someone might contact me.By 2/11 I'd noticed nothing, therefore approached Valspar, who stated they'd contact me within 5 business days.
On 15/11, I called them again when I had noticed nothing! They guaranteed to contact me back "nowadays or tomorrow". I called on 18/11 & the result was that the specialist might gather the desk for fix and could be in touch to set up a romantic date.
I've created 5 calls, the most recent nowadays following a msg was quit yesterday afternoon encouraging me the specialist might contact that morning - shock, surprise he did not.
After being informed nowadays that somebody might contact me within 48 hours, I've all-but dropped the will to reside! I'm tired of losing time & cash about the telephone and don't believe I've actually undergone customer support as bad as that I've been distributed by Valspar!!
