To all the hardworking I/C's out there be careful of these guys: Valleywide Properrty Inspections, DBA Jessica Eberle Inspections, Lou, Carla, Jessica and Melissa Eberle. Lou and Carla Eberle usually conduct interviews at a Starbucks or Paradise Bakery somewhere in the Southeast valley and hire people as Independent Contactors to do occupancy and REO property inspections for them. They seem like the nicest people on the face of the planet, but they WILL rip you off and take advantage of you in every way they can. Don't be fooled like I was!
They will make it sound like you will be able to make 3-4K a month for simply driving around and taking pictures of homes. But then they will tell you it takes the banks 4-6 weeks to pay for these "inspections" and they can't pay you until they get paid.in the mean time you have to pay all of your own expenses - including GAS which at current prices you will wind up spending 100's of dollars on just in your first few weeks. When you finally do get a check believe me it will not be anywhere near what they promised and you will have no way of knowing what you were actually paid on and what was not. It is simply a check in an envelope for some random amount of money that if your lucky might just barely cover your gas expenses. When you complain, they will tell you that you did not do something right and were charged back $75 on an inspection that only pays $2. That's RIGHT these guys say they are paying a whopping $2 per inspection but you won't even get that! And when you complain too much or want to take a day off they send you a really bad route or no work at at all - which believe me is a really a blessing!!! I am sure there are honest people out there doing this type of work but these people are certainly NOT one of them!
BEWARE!!! Valleywide - Carla, Lou and Jessica Eberle are SCAMMERSThey sucker people into doing their work and keep the overwhelming majority of the money for themselves! They are really in the business of taking advantage of hard working people during these tough times. Stay away don't become their next victim!
