Liars! Cheaters!!! They are Con artists. Carlos is a professional liar. I started working there he told me the goal is for everyone to make 700 a day. Lie. You will be lucky if you break even at the end of the day. They would never tell me how much I would make for each job. They make it sound like they are trying to look out for you but they just want money. You will never get a full invoice. They get angry when its time to pay you and make the work harder so you quit. They say they are taking 35% but its more like 50%!!! Plus all the other stuff they claim but dont pay you for. They pay you 15 dollars to put in a fire alarm but charge in their bid 30. Not 65% to me! They will try and get you to do other things without paying you like intial inspections but they will lie and say they have been there but they didnt know it was a condo and not a house.
I asked them at least 10 times how much i was getting paid to do winterizations and i could never get a straight answer. Carlos would say ask Regina and she would play dumb. I worked there for weeks and never knew any amount i was supposed to be making. They take shortcuts on everything they do and if they get caught by the realtor your the one going out of your way to fix it.
They lie when they report the amount of work that you do. They call at all hours of the night and send you hours out of your way for a job that doesnt even cover the gas. They give you mostly work they have messed up themselves and don't have time to fix. Then when you don't finish fast enough because they have waited to the last minute they call every 5 mins and want to dock your pay. Their business is a joke. They will take all the extra things that you claim the extra cubes and keep them for themselves and not pay you for them. Still waiting to get paid for the work I did. Looks like ill have to sue them. Carlos told me they have some crews hire people at 6 dollars an hour. I could never pay my guy that. Its not enough for them to feed their families.in the end I am in the red because of these (@$holes)!
