I signed a contract to design a web site and provide a store. The timeframe was to be a week at most.By the end of October I had give all the information for the store and the web site was to be up and online. Nothing has happened or changed to date.in December I called again and was told that I needed to give them another $100 to get everything going, and it would be up and running in 24 hrs. Again nothing has happened. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and the customer service line will not forward me. I am now out $800 with nothing to show for it. I have not got a refund or been able to speak with anyone!
