After almost a year i finally figured out who was charging me 14.95 a month for usless sercive that i never signed up for. I went to the internet to get my annual credit report and stumbled upon this site... Stay away. The free credit report ended up costing me 34.05 and the link they sent me i could not open up. I immediatly called them, useless employees, they said that my file was so big that is why i could not access it. I went to another site and got my report immediatly... I did not give free credit report another thought. Until today when i got my statement and realized that they were taking money from my account each month that i did not authorize. I got them on the phone and they told me they have a no refund policy, of course they do... Help
