I am so sorry that I did not come to your websit before going to get a free credit report. I applied for my free credit report today and I noticed that my account was debited I just wanted my free credit report. They gave me a user name and password that didn't work and now they want to charge me for it. I called the 1 800 number they provided and I was hung up on. I finally spoke to the supervisor and she said she couldn't give me a refund. Please help me. Thanks.
