Replaced roof and now cannot be found to make leaking areas (under warranty)

Huneycutt replaced my roof in 4 now have leaks and cannot contact anyone to address my problems roof is under warranty. No working numbers no physical address. If anyone can help who has had similar problems or any information It would be appreciated.
