Customer Service sucks. You ask one person if they have extra in the back and they say no. The girl I asked did not even go check. I get to the register and the young lady hears me talking about the shirt I needed in a different size and offers to check. I told her the other girl said they did not have anymore. She offered to actually go check the back. There was a few people behind me. The cashier apologized to them and said she would be quick. She's was quick indeed and came back with the top I needed. I asked her who the managers were and she pointed them out. One of the "managers" was the one I originally asked about the shirt. I was a little frustrated only because this is not the first time I have experienced this. I am glad there are a few people that have knowledge of what product the store has in stock. The young lady made what was lead to be a negative experience into a positive experience.
