Mr. Halbur was contracted to remodel our shop, paid $16,000 up front, he began work, then suddenly stopped, we demanded reciepts for work and material from him, he immediately moved, changed his name - going under an alias, disconnected his phone, judgement rendered against him (Wisconsin Circuit Court Access), charges filed. He would routinely flee to avoid apprehension when seen. Finally caught, brought to trial, and found guilty. Review this person's criminal history, he has a long criminal history including violence, assault, hit and run, and numerous judgements against him. Dont do business with him!
