Peter Bowen has created a website to offer music lessons in violin, fiddle and guitar out of his Maple Ridge, BC home. Mr. Bowen has an extensive history of violence toward women and children that resulted in numerous incarcerations over the past 25 years. He terrorizes women by threatening to harm/rape/kill their children and in the past, has been both charged and convicted for various offences including assault, assault with a weapon, aggravated assault, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, harassment, breach of probation. He most recently emerged from Fraser Regional Correctional Centre in September where he'd served over 3 months for assault and breach of probation. He has outstanding warrants for his arrest in both Alberta and Ontario.
