Mark Andrews and all of his companies, of which he has multi names so no one can catch up with him, such as Andrews Construction Services, MD Andrews LLC, Mark D. Andrews Design Build Group, Inc, HD Construction, M&M Design, M/C Homes, Keystone Construction... Etc... Has caused hundreds of thousands of dollars of consumer loss in Western PA.
I unfortunately did not research Mark Andrews and his companies before hiring him. I have now. We think you need to know who you are hiring for construction of a home, addition to a business or remodeling a structure... What we, me and my husband found was nothing short of a crime.
Just about every consumer that has hired Mark Andrews from Maryland and into PA has sustained major financial losses and been a victim of his fraud. Judgements found against Mark Andrews are many... However, he places judgements under Bankruptcy, to avoid paying judgements back to consumers.
Mark Andrews is currently on probation for a felony of insurance fraud and has had multiple civil cases/complaints against him for poor workmanship, refusal to make repairs of faulty services, threats, fraud, abandonment of job, theft of goods, forgery, etc... All of his employees are convicted criminals, ranging from burglary, criminal contempt, receipt of stolen property, prowling, theft by deception, identify theft, etc...
He is continuing to work, I am not sure how, in the Western PA area and he is continuing to push his gains higher and cause more consumer loss. His practices are criminal and deceptive. He knows no boundries... He will rip off churches, VFW, businesses, hard working families with children... Etc. You may go online to unified PA and Maryland judicial courts sytems online and the Attorney Generals Office for the numerous complaints, judgements and court dockets.
You will find that all of his work, repairs, improvements, to personal and business property are of a nature below the standard agreed upon in writing, which is against the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. He has a history, 20 yrs of deceptive practices and consumer complaints. I can not believe that anyone who reads this and checks into his personal business practices would hire such a person. His business address is now 15 Homestead Drive, Avella, Pa.
Our desired outcome in writing this is that Mark Andrews come with a warning on this companies and his criminal and faulty practices. The consumer loss to our area and the 20 people that have been effected by Mark Andrews are owed this. We need to stop his practice of ruining Western Pennsylvania's hard working families, just to further his own selfish means.
