Did not receive the item that was in the description, tried to contact them they will not return my emails

I wanted to buy all episodes of dirty jobs and when I found this site on the internet it looked good.

I bought what I thought was the whole 6 seasons of dirty jobs and they come.

When I watched them there was not 6 seasons... Only 20 individual shows.

I emailed them several times to send the rest of the shows and episodes but they completely ignored me.

There is no other way of contacting them other than email.
